Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We currently ship to addresses within the United States via UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your UPS tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours. You can also track your order by logging in to your customer account here.
Large or Heavy Orders
For large or heavy orders, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can arrange appropriate freight shipping and provide a custom quote.
